Jessica is a qualified lawyer since July 2010. She studied law at Paul Verlaine University, Metz, Panthéon-Assas University, Paris and Pierre-Mendès-France University, Grenoble, where she received a double Master in Public Law, and a Master in Business Law.
Jessica joined B&F Avocats, as a Partner in March 2015, after working for several law firms. She began her career as a litigator with a specialized law firm in insurance matters. She then joined a well-established law firm, where she worked simultaneously for both corporate and litigation departments.
She is accustomed to dealing with complex cases and she has acquired extensive experience in areas such as private law, employment law, insurance law, real estate and construction law, commercial law, criminal law, family law, etc.
She will be able to assist clients with cases related to EU and International law.
Her other areas of specific interest are refugee law, asylum law and immigration matters.
Jessica is currently working on projects dealing with anti-discrimination.
She advises local and foreign clients in Luxembourg regarding litigation matters.
Jessica is a member of the « Société Française pour le Droit International »(SFDI).Jessica speaks and writes French and English.
